Make a life-changing impact in the life of foster youth.
Resource parents are critical to providing a stable and loving home to youth who have no other place to go. Youth Homes works with resource parents to create loving and stable homes that promote healing and growth. Placements can be permanent, or for a period of time until families can reunify. Becoming a resource parent is a process and Youth Homes is here to support you every step of the way! We invite you to learn more by exploring the information below, and when you’re ready to take the next step, connect with us by filling out the form on the next steps page.
We’re with you every step of the way!
The child-welfare, education, and mental health systems can be complex. Our program staff partners with resource families to negotiate the multiple systems (mental health, education, medical, social services) that foster youth are engaged in. As resource parent, you’ll find working with us means that you’re not alone! Youth Homes provides coaching, education & training, in-home behavioral support, respite services, and financial support (monthly stipend to help provide for youth needs).
