After working as a nanny for over 16 years, Nicole joined Youth Homes with extensive experience working with youth and a passion for supporting others as they live in their own light. After earning her degree, she became a residential counselor before joining our team. Nicole shares, "Youth Homes has allowed me to use my passion to walk alongside the TAY community as they show themselves what they are made of."

A Concord native, Nicole loves spending time with her family and pup, being in nature, traveling, and cooking new recipes.
