A Concord, CA native, Louie has worked in a variety of counseling roles throughout his career, including residential treatment counselor, weekend crisis supervisor, residential behavioral specialist, clinical supervisor, STRTP intake and discharge supervisor, and now Director of Clinical Operations.

He loves Youth Homes’ mission to help youth develop skills, relationships, and strength to navigate towards their personal goals, all while making lasting memories with others.

In his spare time, you can find Louie hanging out with family, friends, and his dog Mel, exercising, and watching both movies and local sports games!
