Kim joins the Youth Homes team as the new Chief HR Officer having over 15 years of experience in human resource administration that includes recruitment, workforce development, and employee relations. She is best inspired when helping to build a work culture of diversity, collaboration, accountability, and respect. Prior to her role with Youth Homes, Kim served in an HR leadership capacity for various non-profits including a higher education medical research organization. She values spending time in nature and enjoys taking walks along the beach with family and her dogs, Roscoe and Topper.
