Jana Corral has an M.A. in Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. She is an experienced Clinical Director and Organizational Development Professional with a solid history of success in the community mental health landscape. Jana is skilled in streamlining organizational processes and scaling community programs. She also has a passion for developing talent and promoting culturally and gender-diverse teams.

Before joining Youth Homes, Jana was the Clinical & Managing Director at New Directions; a program that served transition-age young adults with neurodiversity and a myriad of other diagnoses. As a practicing clinician, she worked for many years at Seneca Center and Fred Finch Youth Center. Jana grew up in Manteca, the Central Valley, and currently resides in Walnut Creek.  In her time off, Jana enjoys traveling with her family.  She spends weekends enjoying the beauty of the Bay Area, exercising, including hiking the open space in Walnut Creek with her husband, two teenagers, and Bear, the family’s French Bulldog!
