EVENT: Fashion Show Fundraiser!

Tickets are on sale now for the Youth Homes Auxiliary’s fashion and fundraising event, “Celebrating the Beauty of Diversity.”

Please join us Sunday, May 7th at 11AM at Macy’s, Walnut Creek for a sneak peek at Spring fashion trends modeled by local favorites! Tickets are $25 per person, include admission to the event, a 25% shopping discount and beverages and hors d’oeuvres.

Tickets may be purchased by mailing a check (made out to YHA) to: Fashion Show 2017, c/o Youth Homes Thrift Shop, 15B Vivian Drive, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. For more information about this event,  email Barbara Ingraham, Event Chair, Barbaraing@aol.com.

EVENT: Mindful Littles Hygiene Kit Drive

Mindful Littles is partnering again with Youth Homes for a mindful community service project. Youth Homes provides residential treatment programs and community-based counseling services for abused and neglected children and adolescents. The youth coming into treatment programs often need basic hygiene supplies. Together at our Mindful Littles event we will serve this important need and provide hygiene kits for several children.
