Byron Iacuaniello, LCSW
Clinical Director, Community Based Services
Byron Iacuaniello, who grew up in the Mendocino area and attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree and later, UC Berkeley for a Master in Social Work, has worked with foster youth for over 15 years. Before coming to Youth Homes, Byron worked for the County of Sonoma as a Child Welfare Social Worker in various units, including Family Reunification, Family Maintenance, and Permanency Planning/AB12.
Byron served as a TAY clinician for several years before being promoted to the Clinical Director of TAY programs in 2020. He is passionate about his work saying, "It could not make me happier...working for underserved and at-risk populations, and I feel fortunate and honored to do so.”
Byron enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with his family when he's not working.
