Residential Care
Our homes include two Crisis Assessment Shelters and three Intensive Care Residential Treatment Programs. Four of the homes are co-ed; one is an all girls home. Each residence is designed to create a comfortable and normal homelike setting with meals, daily chores, attending school, homework and social gathering. Our goal?-To provide a supportive environment in which our children can embrace a healthy self-concept, accept responsibility, develop positive relationships, value diversity and learn caring and concern. Our Staff undergo continual staff development, are trained in evidence-based practices and apply a combined approach of increased incentives for positive behavior and encourage a new use of language, which focuses on goals and affirmations. Delivering constant care 24-hours a day, 365-days a year, we provide a stable and warm environment for the children we serve.
