Staff
Stability of staff is a key component to Youth Homes' success. Our Executive Director has 18 years at Youth Homes, the Program Director has nine years, and dedicated professionals staff our group homes at an average staff-to-client ratio of 1:3, providing the continuity of care that brings stability to troubled young lives.

The Youth Homes Auxiliary is a group of over 100 volunteers that has served as the primary benefactor to Youth Homes for over 40 years, providing gifts and festive events for birthdays and holidays, ensuring that Youth Homes houses are equipped with all household necessities, and donating funds for graduates to find apartments, home furnishings or academic scholarships. The Youth Homes Auxiliary Thrift Shop sells donated clothing, furniture and other items, all for the benefit of the residents of Youth Homes.
